Getting a listing removed
Send the link or handle and the approximate time you bid. If the listing is yours we will take it down on request; see the Refunds policy for what that means for the money.
Reporting a listing
If something on the board is a scam, malware, impersonation or NSFW, tell us the rank and the link. We remove listings that break the Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Payment problems
Include the payment reference from your receipt and the link you were bidding for. That lets us match the payment to the board immediately.
